Being in the water especially the saltwater has always been able to relax and calm Aamie, through her younger years she did take it for granted but as she has gotten older and now that she has her own family she knows and appreciates the ocean/water.
There is something about water that gives a great sense of calm and satisfaction.
Aamie has described saltwater as a life line, if you are unable to be near the water you may like to have some of her work on your walls to give you a quiet place to sit and reflect.
